We strive to present our customers with the highest quality product.  Our product is manufactured in the
U.S. (by us:  Tamashii Co., LLC) and is inspected for flaws.  

RETURNS:  Due to sanitary purposes, any trousers which have been "used" cannot be returned.  "Used"
means soiled with urine and/or washed. Absolutely no exceptions.  If the item has an order of cigarette
smoke, the re-stocking fee will be higher due to the excessive cleaning process to rid the garment of this
odor.   

You should be able to tell immediately if the size you ordered is incorrect -- which is why our return policy
is 15 days from the
DATE OF PURCHASE.  Check out our List_of_breeds page which helps you to
determine correct sizing.

All returns must be approved by Tamashii Co., LLC via e-mail prior to product being returned.  Any
unsolicited package which has not been approved for return will be refused.  

E-mail us with notification of return and we will advise you via return e-mail if your return is within the
parameters of our return policy and to which address to ship the item to.  All orders which depart our dock
are subject to the below fee.

You may return the unused pair via U.S. Postal Service within
15 days of purchase and we will refund
your order less a 25% re-stocking fee (
exchanges are excluded from this fee) and less all associated
shipping/handling charges.  Orders that are past the 15 day return policy will be taken on a case by case
basis and may be subject to a 30% and up to 55% fee if approved for return.


EXCHANGES:  If the size you have ordered does not seem to fit your pet, please advise us of your return
and we will cancel and refund your order (less shipping/handling).  You may at this point go back online
and re-order another size and your order will be processed and shipped the following day.

We will not contact you with any further promotions, e-mail notifications, or newsletters.  We respect each
customer's privacy and realize people are bombarded with newsletters and e-mail on a daily basis.  The
only e-mail you will receive from us is to answer any questions you have asked about our product and to
notify you of your shipping details once a shipment has been expedited.
