International orders are sent USPS Priority International with an estimated transit time of 6-7 business days. This does not include customs clearance. We do not pay for duty/Vat/customs fees into your country if there are any fees due.

We no longer have an actual ordering page – we were getting hundreds of fraudulent orders and chargebacks since they were illegitimate orders. To place an order, please email us at: info@tinkletrousers.com (or use our “Contact” page) with your email address you want to use for your order, size, quantity, gender of pet, full name, ship to address and phone number. With that information we’ll send you an invoice through PayPal which all you need to do is click on the PayPal link and you can either pay by credit card or with a PayPal account. This is the only way we can safely ship an order to you and protect our business and website.
Don’t be surprised if we send you an email or call you asking if you actually purchased dog diapers from us. This is to protect us – can’t believe this day and age we have to do this, but I guess after 21 years in business this is what it’s come to. Please be patient with us as we are operating in a limited capacity. We considered closing but we still receive interest in the trousers.
