Policies on dog diaper returns, exchanges

We strive to present our customers with the highest quality product. Our product is manufactured in the U.S. and is inspected for flaws before shipment to our customers.
RETURNS: Due to sanitary reasons, any trousers which have been “used” cannot be returned. “Used” means soiled with urine, feces, dirt, etc. and/or washed. Absolutely no exceptions. If the item has an odor of cigarette smoke, the re-stocking fee will be higher due to the excessive cleaning process to rid the garment of this odor. Please remember — you originally received a brand new, unused pair of trousers and the next customer who receives your return expects the same.
You should be able to tell immediately if the size you ordered is incorrect, which is why our return policy is 14 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE. Check out our “List of breeds” page which helps you to determine correct sizing. You can always contact us if you’re unsure of the size you’re about to purchase.
All returns must be approved by Tamashii Co. LLC via e-mail (info@tinkletrousers.com) prior to product being returned. Any unsolicited package which has not been approved for return will be scrupulously inspected. Your refund (if any) may not be what you expect if the timeline or the condition of the garment is not pristine.
E-mail us with notification of return and we will advise you via return e-mail if your return is within the parameters of our return policy and to which address to return the item. All orders which depart our dock are subject to the below fee (with the exception of exchanges).
You may return the unused pair of trousers via US Postal Service within 15 days of purchase and we’ll refund your order, less a 25% re-stocking fee and less all associated original shipping/handling charges. Orders that are past the 15 day return policy will be taken on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 30%-50% fee if approved for return.
Exchanges: If the size you have ordered does not seem to fit your pet, please advise us of your return and we’ll cancel and refund your order (less s/h). You may at this point go back online and re-order another size and your order will be processed and shipped the following day. Exchanges are not subject to any re-stocking fee.
PRIVACY POLICY: We do not give out any e-mail information or any customer information to anyone. We will not contact you with any further promotions, e-mail notifications or newsletters. We respect each customer’s privacy and realize people are bombarded with newsletters and e-mail on a daily basis. The only e-mail you’ll receive from us is to answer any questions you have asked about our product.
